Ke Koa ‘Ehā O Ke Alahele, “The Fourth Warriors of the Road,” at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa proposes to design and construct a highly competitive Human Powered Vehicle that improves on last year’s shortcomings to place 3rd overall in the 2018 American Society of Mechanical Engineers Human Powered Vehicle Challenge.
